Class of 1942 Capping Ceremony. In the living room of Mary Kirkland Hall. Mrs. J. H. Kirkland is seated at the extreme right of the picture (with black hat).

This building was named the "School of Nursing Building├óÔé¼┬Ø until 1934, when it was renamed to ├óÔé¼┼ôMary Kirkland Hall.├óÔé¼┬Ø In 1958, the building was renamed to ├óÔé¼┼ôMary Henderson Hall,├óÔé¼┬Ø and the name changed once again in 1971 to ├óÔé¼┼ôMary Ragland Godchaux Hall.├óÔé¼┬Ø
